| I respect every food but I saw many people make leftovers and waste foods around me so I decided to rescue foods and also save animals that people shouldn't eat too much. I'm very concerned about global warming recently so I think eating more veggies more locally is one of the solution of it. I know my idea is very common outside Japan, but being vegan or vegetarian with this thoughts is a bit difficult here. |

| Thank you for visiting my page. I'm a part-time vegan living in Japan. I like eating and cooking. I have been working as a teacher but I'm thinking about starting a new social business in my town. I guess it's a better way to make more people learn and respect food and be more eco-conscious than the way I have done at school.
