| Fish or chicken/turkey breast maybe once a week because of my situation. I have been totally vegetarian off and on for years. Eating meat is not sustainable and the body is better off without it. |

| I have been retired for a few years but work off and on. Right now I am on standby to be an inspector for FEMA. I ride my bite for about 10 miles a day, three or four days a week. When alone I am 100% vegetarian. The photo that I have included was taken January 2020 at the gym that I went to prior to COVID19. |
