| Why I'm Vegan |
| I am vegan (actually Nutritarian Vegan) for health, immunity and vitality. No other agenda. With the COVID lockdown I had copious amounts of time to research the nutrition to maximize my vegan food plan. I continue to be inspired by Dr. Fuhrman’s lectures and unending wealth of recipies. |
| More About Me |
| I am happily semi-retired. I have a consulting company now and work only with patients who want to be better and take responsibility for their own well being. I enjoy making my own schedule. I built (or rather had skilled people build for me) a new home so I am not longer willing to relocate. That being said, I would be willing to leave the hot, humid Florida summers and spend that time in a cooler state. I love to travel, explore and be active. I work out on a daily basis and have for years. I will be increasing by bicycle riding as the humidity drops and my new community has a lap pool so I am building my swimming endurance. Yoga, stretching and meditation are part of my daily ritual unless I have a choice to get out and have some other fun. My new community has a full-time fitness and fun director so the opportunities are endless as we re-open. |

| This section offered 3 choices: a soul-mate that loves Sci-Fi? Okay, I could work with that. Veggie Friends? Yes, particularly if they like to cook and have a good recipe to share. Or, a winning lottery ticket - OF COURSE! And, let’s for big on that one. From my perspective, I am waiting for a soul-mate with whom I can grow. I do not need a man to take care OF me, but I would welcome a partner to care FOR me. Enough said. Too many expectations can block the manifestation of the soul. |
