| Hello! I am Nataly from Ecuador, a small country in Latin America. I've been a vegetarian since December 2015, and I'm the only one in my family. I enjoy to prepare food and try new recipes. I love to spend time with my family and friends. However, I also enjoy being alone and learn new things. I can speak French, English and Spanish (my mother tongue). My favorite physical activities include biking, running, jumping rope, and HIIT exercises. Before Covid, I used to take Krav Maga classes and play soccer. Hopefully one day I can restart these activities. Currently, I enjoy reading and watching videos about Stoicism and Buddhism. I try to incorporate their teachings in my daily life. I'm in the path of building good habits such as waking up early, exercising, meditating and being in the now. I hope you are doing fine during these hard times, and get to know you. |
