| 1. I eat fish maybe twice a week to replenish protein. But really that's because I don't really spend enough time to prepare a veggie meal. I am totally happy to switch to complete vegetarian meal if I find a way to make my stomach full. 2. Yes 3. Since I started meditating, I found meat more and more to my system and I feel the drawn to veggies and fruit which are lighter and "articulate" in terms of how it has texture that aid in the smooth flow of the energy in my system. |
