| I enjoy eating eggs and every once in a while I will eat salmon and cheese. My journey with vegetarianism began with being vegetarian, then vegan, then raw vegan. I have come full circle. Not sure what my diet will be in the future. I believe that being vegetarian is the healthiest way to eat so seriously doubt that I will ever include meat in my diet. |

| I sometimes liken my life to the "little engine that could"---got up and over the hill and now am enjoying the coast down. Weather permitting, outdoors is my favorite place to be, especially if it is near the ocean, a river or hiking trail. My days are currently filled with taking care of my home, volunteering, exercising, and staying in touch with family and friends. |
