| Hardly ate any meat as a child (we lived off the land in an alternative community). I've never eaten chunks of meat, remember seeing hairy pig presented as food on a Sunday aged about 10.. No thank you! |

| Brought up in Wales with young hippie parents, worked in London, after having twins (both 3.5kg each, who said I was deficient in protein???, they are now 6ft1" and 6ft 3" one with size 12 feet), was facilitating a violence prevention parenting program, then moved to the south coast to escape the megacity, now I live in southern Spain where I am growing a food forest, living in the mountains, teaching traditional Hatha Yoga and doing Thai Yoga Bodywork both of which I love and am passionate about sharing and helping people to heal themselves. |
