| I would love to say from The beginning it was about the animals but that would not be true. I was dealing with health issues and came across the lifestyle. As time went on it morphed into something greater than that into an appreciation of life and understanding of interconnectedness. |

| I love to laugh and joke and make others smile. I am a very active human I like to move my body around, but also love the occasional rainy day read a book do nothing type scenario as well. I am passionate about health and wellness and animals. I love the outdoors, I try to be outside as much as I can. I like competition and overcoming challenges and breaking barriers within myself.
