| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I have been a vegetarian since I was 18 and in my first semester of college, when I took a class which detailed the environmental and ethical concerns around a carnivorous lifestyle and particularly factory farming practices. I immediately gave up meat and in the last decade have been increasing my vegan cooking skills and knowledge and feeling great from the effects. |

I value my intuition to guide me and am working to keep raising the bar on learning and growing, staying open to the possibilities and opportunities inherent in each moment..a quantum worldview, you might say! I believe staying positive is the key to getting where I deserve and wish to be. Life is meant to be savored and smiles keep the heart open and energy high.
