| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I am vegetarian and almost vegan because it suits me well, keeps me fit, healthy, and sane; tastes great, is consistent with my values, and is easy on the planet. I started transitioning away from meat at 21. I went veggie at 24 and have never looked back. I consume a bit of whey protein and the occasional yogurt but I'm otherwise vegan. |
