| I am mostly ovo-lacto vegetarian. I eat mostly plant-based food, milk products, and eggs. Sometimes I consume fish. I don't drink alcohol, nor smoke. I don't eat refined carbs like white bread and sugar. I could be vegetarian in the climate, where fresh vegetables in large variety are on the table. In my climate, it is not so, and to avoid taking tablets (I don't use any medicines or supplements) I am sometimes consuming fish. |
