| Why I'm Vegan |
| It's interesting that although I was born so called 'vegan' I never thought about it in the 70s and most of the 80s. I was simply called strange. It wasn't til the end of the 80s that in my late teens I started to become aware of the health issues surrounding consuming animals. It was always a biological thing for me. I never had an urge to take a bite out of a cow or chicken when I saw one. Fast forward to the 21st century and a new breed of vegans appeared and scene and have become a bit more dogmatic in their approach. Seems to be a lot more arguing, animal kissing and Google based research to form definitions and the base of a movement. Now these days to most I'm considered plant-based and not a vegan. I think being born on the east coast vs the west where the movement 50 years ago was at first mostly dietary based not animal rights based. Anyway that's my brief story. I don't care much for having a label put on me for doing a Natural thing. I prefer to call others meat eaters and I'm just normal😉. |

| Born in Michigan grew up in New York. Lived outside the USA for half my adult life. Just returned to the states this year. Outside of old college mates I really don't know anyone here :( I am only interested in being in a relationship with a non meat eater so that really give me a lack of options lol. |

| Natural lifestyle as much as possible, a big smile and a big heart:) It's so hard to say "I'm looking for..." I feel there is a bit of controlling nature for those who thrive off that. At the age I am I see similar lifestyles are one of the biggest factors in non-combative longevity. A person's character, personality, morals seem to play big parts too.
