| I read John Robbin's book "Diet for a New America" about 30 years ago. It gave me all of the information to go from vegetarian to vegan. Now, being vegan is just part of who I am and what makes sense to me. |

| I'm a delicious combination of playful, serious and present. I’d likely smile and say hi to you if we passed on the street or if I saw you enjoying coffee as I grabbed my Caffè Americano. Few things transcend a cup of coffee and someone to share it with. Well, maybe breakfast in bed, snuggled beneath cozy covers planning our next adventure, or curled up with you as we watch a drama or one of my favorite superhero movies. Do you have a favorite? My free time is precious to me. I love connecting with nature by taking a long hike. Whipping up a new recipe is especially satisfying when I have someone to whip it up and share it with.
