| Why I'm Vegan |
| I decided to make some changes to my diet and cut out dairy, although I had been a vegetarian for many years prior. The more and more I read up on veganism and the impact on the climate and world is frightening. I do not preach to others, as this i feel is a personal journey for individuals. |

| "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style.” Maya Angelou I live and love life to the fullest in my own spiritual, happy, energetic way! That is practicing yoga, running and long walks are daily ventures for me with my beautiful cocker poo. Occasionally jump on my road or MTB bike – wish I had more time to do more. Walking in the Peaks (only because it’s closer to home) or finding local nature that will satisfy my love of the outdoors, come rain or shine, even snow, whatever the elements throw at me! Not too far in the distant future, I wish to spend my time travelling here in the UK, Scotland and perhaps Europe. Throughout my career my corporate ventures have enabled me to travel to many distant locations, although sounds glamorous believe me it’s not! Hence 2 years ago I made a conscious decision to throw the towel in and set up my own consultancy, today I am in a very flexible and happy place with work.
