| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| About 10 years ago I was reading a book about being vegetarian and one of the guys from work challenged me to a week without meat. I stuck with it because I liked it and have a hard time imagining ever eating meat again. I'm probably about 95% vegan, just easier to say vegetarian in case I have an egg now and then or order a vegetarian meal at a restaurant that doesn't have vegan options |

| I run an organic vegetable farm about an hour outside Toronto. I don't get up to a whole lot of trouble, mostly just read a lot of books, walk my dogs, paddle up the river from time to time. The farm takes up a lot my days in spring, summer and fall. The winter is when I try to rest up. |
