| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| Hello Everyone! I listed myself as vegetarian, however, I am probably closer to vegan. So, perhaps to be more accurate, I can say veganish? :) Also, I am closer to falling into the "raw" category than the "cooked" category - with the cooking being done with foods such as rice and various beans. I am vegetarian for two reasons: 1) For the sake of the animals, and 2) For health reasons. |

| Depending on what I have going on, I like to experiment in the garden with tomatoes, cantaloupes, spinach, carrots, radishes, etc. There is a night and day difference between the food that comes from the market and the food that comes from the garden! Also, I try to learn something new each day - and I am not just talking about food and diet. What kind of life would I be living if I just stayed "static" all of the time? :) Does this make sense? |

| Ultimately, it would be nice to meet someone nice. :) This means someone who cares about all people whether that person is CEO of a large company or a janitor in a small company. Someone who is kind, caring, empathetic, and who constantly strives (or is trying to strive) to improve her life. Does such a person exist in the year 2022? :) |
