| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| Raw vegan for the animals. Vegetarian 27 years, Vegan 17 years, Raw Vegan 8 years. It was a natural progression from veg to vegan, however I did start my path as a raw vegan for 8 years then backslid to lacto ovo, then eventually back to vegan and finally to raw vegan again, in 2023. No flesh for 27 years! :) I absolutely prefer raw vegan because BOTH cooked food AND especially animal food give my body horrible aches and pain and make me hurt all over. I truly Love being pain free! Also watched Gary Yurofsky videos on the web AND John Kohler's videos. Some films that helped: The Beautiful Truth 2008, Cowspiracy, Food Matters, Food Inc., Hungry for Change, Forks Over Knives, Earthlings, What The Health, The Bleeding Edge (netflix). To name a few. Some books that helped: Diet For A New America by John Robbins, Fit For Life by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, The Great Aids Hoax by TC Fry, Murder By Injection The Story Of The Medical Conspiracy Against The United States by Eustace Mullins and A Cancer Therapy: The Results of 50 Cases And The Cure Of Advanced Cancer By Diet Therapy by Dr. Max Gerson, It's All In Your Head by Hal Huggins DDS, The Miracle Of Fasting by Paul/Patricia Bragg, Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices by Dr. N.W.
