| I became a vegan over 30 years out of deep compassion for all sentient beings, and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I feel good knowing that my choice to be vegan also reduces my carbon footprint and contributes to a healthy body and mind. |

| I am warm, joyful, creative, and passionate about life! I like to spend as much time as possible exploring nature. On the weekends or in the summer you can usually find me in my garden or in the woods, binoculars, camera, and mushroom foraging bags in tow. I also have a deep connection with music, and with that comes a love of dancing and playing piano. Most recently, I have been learning Irish dance and trying my hand at writing songs. Both of these endeavors have been endlessly challenging and fun. I am generally outgoing and have lots of energy, so it often surprises people to learn that I am an introvert. I prefer deep connections with the people in my life. My alone time is also sacred. I need time for solitude and my own space in which to retreat, recharge, reflect, and focus on my solitary creative projects. |
