| First and foremost, I opted to follow a whole food plant-based lifestyle for the animals. As I spent more time in this journey, the benefits of how it affects my health and the world became reasons to continue. |

| I have 4 kids-all grown and 3 grands. I love my fur and feather babies that I live with. I hate doing dishes but love to cook. I'm tired of trying to find someone who won't ask me "But where do you get your protein?" I am very independent, have a good job which I love. The beach is my happy place. I love dinosaurs, essential oils, and anything from the 80's. I have a huge range of tastes in music. I am a minimalist (don't even own a sofa, TV or microwave).
