| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| Already long time I am a vegetarian. Reasons are logical and ethical. I don't want to take part of animal killing and I am healthy with vegetarian diet. I not use products, which contains animal torture. I don't use lather, fur, eggs, milk-products from big animal farms, cosmetic and cleaning products tested on animals. I developed my own diet (based on vegetarian diet), which helps me never to be ill, have good health. I prefer to eat more fruits, more vegetables (not fried), I like organic food and prefer GMO-Free food. I drink tea, I not drink alcohol and coffee. I prefer cook and eat at home and not use fast-food. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The same in German: Schon lange Zeit bin ich Vegetarier. Die Gründe dafür sind logisch und ethisch. Ich möchte mich nicht an der Tötung von Tieren beteiligen und ich bin mit vegetarischer Ernährung gesund. Ich verwende keine Produkte, die Tierquälerei enthalten. Ich verwende kein Leder, kein Pelz, keine Eier, keine Milchprodukte aus großen Tierfarmen, keine auf Tieren getesteten Kosmetik- und Reinigungsprodukte. Ich habe meine eigene Diät entwickelt (basierend auf vegetarischer Ernährung), die mir hilft, nie krank zu werden und eine gute Gesundheit zu haben. Ich bevorzuge Obst und Gemüse (nicht gebraten) sowie Bio- und organisches Lebensmittel (Gentechnik-Frei). Ich trinke viel Tee, trinke nicht Alkohol und Kaffee. Ich bevorzuge zu Hause zu kochen und zu Hause zu essen und vermeide Fast-Food. |

| I am vegetarian with many years experience. I have some professions in spheres science, engineering, now I am in IT sphere. I have 2 university degrees (but now I am active in another sphere).
