| (1) i eat vegetarian goods from the supermarket in the veggie/vegan section (2) i am committed to becoming vegetarian in the future but i dont know enough to do it on my own (3) i want a healthier lifestyle and diet due to becoming diagnosed type-2 diabetic several years ago and the fact that the medications i was put on made me gain weight no matter what exercise or what i ate. i have taken myself off those meds in the last couple of months, tried eating more vegetarian food and less meat and have started to lose a bit of weight, thus i feel healthier already. |
