| I went vegan because of ethics and the environment. Then, I learned about health aspect and that became another reason. |
| More About Me |
| I am a computational biophysicist who is passionate about the environment, science and nutrition. Veganism is a big part of who I am now. Rather than feeling like I gave up something, I am grateful for the many ways in which it has enriched my life. These past 6 years have been eye-opening and I am always open to learn more/try to do better. After my dad was able to stop taking his hypertension meds on a whole-food plant-based diet, I decided to switch the focus of my career/research towards nutrition and find ways to help people (and hopefully the animals/environment) from this trench. I am looking for friends who have similar views/interests. Likes: reading, running, dancing, anime. Dislikes: pressure cookers (I have yet to master them :p). |
