| Why I'm Vegan |
| I am vegan for my health, my compassion for animals and for the environment. I was a vegetarian since I was 14 years old because I loved animals. They all have unique personalities and the will to live a life without suffering. In 2011, I became vegan because my cholesterol was rising and I noticed a drop in my energy level. I also read Brenden Braizer's book Thrive. Being vegan did lower my cholesterol and it gave me "off the charts" energy. It also awakened me to a way of life that is who I am at my very core. |
