| I am vegan because I don'y like the taste or texture of animal products plus I am repulsed by the thought of eating flesh. I also want to support the health of our planet daily with my food choices. |

About me: I have high energy and love the outer and inner glow that comes from taking care of my body, mind and spirit- a strong foundation from which to enjoy my life of great friends, wonderful and independent children, a rewarding career and pursuit of intellectual and cultural interests. I feel so fortunate for all that I have including living in a place with gorgeous mountains which I enjoy often with friends. I’m passionate about preparing and eating healthy meals (predominantly whole food plant based) and enjoy learning about nutritious foods and healthy life habits.
