| I suffered from severe migraines for 23 years, 3 times a week. No doctor could help me. Than one day, my sister sent me an article about a guy curing his migraines with a wholefood plant-based diet. So I said, why not? But than she sent me the link to Earthlings on YouTube and I turned ethical vegan in basically 1.5 hours. Best decision of my life. It was in 2012. And I've never had one migraine since then! |
