| For the countless reasons there are, I would check them all - ethical (in regards to the animals), personal health, the environment, global and economic sustainability, etc etc. Most important is on behalf of the animals, and the hideous evil done to them. |

| I've been in Charleston for 4 years. Lived in several places around the country; Boston, Austin, NYC, San Francisco, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Baltimore etc. Never married, no children. I've been vegetarian since I was 18 and have been vegan for the past 18 years. I swim every day and do Pilates. I also meditate daily. I have a 15 year old dog named Marlon (who has been to 36 states with me), and a new pup named Jack. Both are Maltese. |
