| I went vegetarian 37 years ago and then vegan 13 years ago, both for animal ethics reasons. I've discovered that not only does vegan food taste better - with actual flavors coming through instead of being smothered in cheese and dairy - but I've also been much healthier as a vegan: as a vegetarian I would get laid-up/throw-up sick a normal number of times per year (2-3), always followed by a runny/stuffy nose for a week or two to boot. Since going vegan I haven't been seriously sick once! |

| I'm a laid-back, techy, creatively-driven metaphysical type. I'm into veganism, software development, digital and tabletop games, good TV, sci-fi in general, personal authenticity, and doing what I can to help with this huge world transition we're all undergoing - you know, the usual story. Liberal ideals such as civil liberties, free speech, kindness, tolerance, and opportunity are extremely important to me, which is why I'm pro-Trump and anti-vxx. This may shock any lefties who think that they're with the good guys, but the Illiberal Left is a ideologically captured shiny apple with a rotten core - they pay lip service to their ideals while being a toxic cesspool of cancel culture, weaponized empathy, and victim mentality. I was a politically agnostic Liberal-by-default just two years ago; I then went from zero to politically-savvy conspiracy analyst pretty darn quick once the authoritarian power grab started happening.
