| I'm an amateur musician, studying flute and piano and I play flute in a community band. I prefer classical and jazz music. My biggest worry is climate change. I love reading, walking, watching British TV. I have season tickets to a local symphony and occasionally attend plays and musicals with my grown daughter. I wear no make up, earrings only, and live in jeans and sneakers. I recently embraced the "Whole Food Plant Based" (WFPB) way of eating and have been spending an inordinate amount of time learning to shop and cook (again, LOL). I used to have a drink every day and used cannabis for pain, but have given up alcohol, cannabis and caffeine (except 1 cup of Gen Matcha/day) and am now sleeping better than ever. I grew up Jewish, but realized I was a non-believer at an early age. When my daughter was growing up, we participated in reformed or humanist Jewish organizations, but now I'm pretty much non-religious. |
