| More About Me |
| I am a life coach working on myself. My other job is that of a data scientist and that helps me pay my bills and deal with the mundane affairs of the world. :-) I came to the US more than a decade ago for higher studies. Graduate school was intense, to say the least. I am happy that I managed to come out of it with a "B" grade in "Peace of Mind". :-) I will describe myself as thoughtful, self-reliant, and introspective. I have evolved from being someone who seeks success to being someone who seeks well-being or happiness. I think I am on the path of self-healing and self-improvement in a secular setting. I try to look for 'spiritual technology' :-) that can help me cultivate habits that are conducive to peace of mind. These include books on psychology, philosophy and religion. I also spend a lot of time watching TED talks; they give me a lot of hope. To unwind, I play tennis and do Yoga. I did my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training last year and I do volunteer teaching every once in a while. I am also learning Mandarin these days. |
