| I've been vegan for years for ethical reasons, and have been gradually transitioning to raw for health and spiritual reasons. Though I'm not at 100% yet, I always start my day with a large helping of raw fruit and am completely raw until dinner when I usually have a raw blended salad with cooked wild rice and vegetables. |
