I am a retired mental health counselor, a former lawyer, a progressive activist, and a sometime writer. I love to walk around the neighborhood and to hike in the woods and mountains or at the ocean. I enjoy exploring spiritual paths. My primary spiritual practice is Advaita (similar to Zen). I especially value laughing and good conversation. |
