| Why I'm Vegan |
| I Don't like eating animal products. I went veg at 16, Vegan at 21. I've had a few bouts of "vegan till desert", but most the time I stick with a vegan diet. I do however, wear leather and wool. I also raise animals. Chickens for eggs for the dogs. Sheep for their wool. Horses for Trail Rides. Cats, to hunt the mice in the barn. |

| I am building an off grid Vegan Bed, Barn & Breakfast in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. The Highest Alpine Valley in North America. 100's of wild horses roam this valley. I've been farming organically for 20 plus years. Now, with settlement in Colorado, focusing more on off grid Homestead, and "agritourism".
