| Why I'm Vegan |
| In going vegan, I have tilted towards single-ingredient, unprocessed foods. This provides a new, healthy structure to my nutrition which I avoided my entire life -- all of which tracks hand-in-hand with my new fitness program, an online group of like-minded men spanning the world. At the age of 64 I am in the best shape of my life. My "numbers" are exemplary. I intend to keep upping my fitness game and health forever; I grow stronger as I age. Take "that" sarcopenia. The ethics of eating our animal friends enters my mind as well as the environmental impact of large-scale animal raising for human food. Also, I'm not a baby cow so I choose not to eat dairy. I am the Bachelor King of The Large Salad! |
