| I became vegan 8 years ago, though I ate very little animal produce prior to that. It was always about animal rights for me- the health and energy bonus was unexpected and a bonus. I do try to persuade others, but not by sermonising, but rather by cooking good vegan meals and showing that veganism is accessible to them |
