| I chose to become Vegetarian as part of my overall spiritual growth towards mindfulness and non-violence, at age 18. I read a good bit about ahimsa, from the Vedic and Buddhist perspective, and never wanted to participate in meat eating again. Never missed it…and so thankful for the teachers that gave this gift. |
