| Why I'm Vegan |
| Family members were influential. My mother and 3 sisters were all vegan. I like to cook, not always, but for the most part. Health and longevity were a big influence. My health has improved and I like the adventure of finding good healthy food. |

| I'm widowed and my son lives with me. I cook for myself on a daily basis, but we share some meals once a week or so. I bake my own sour dough bread and lots of soups and salads, ramens, and pasta, tofu and rice. |
