| Originally from New York, NY, I moved with my adult child to Asheville, NC nearly five years ago. It was a big leap, based on a lengthy list of wants--beautiful nature, some urban/intellectual culture (museums, indie bookstores, a uni that holds classes for lifelong learners) and multiple healthy food options. My MA. is in an esoteric field that involves writing. After graduating that program, I worked mainly as a magazine editor and writer. I continue to write, have a meditation practice, enjoy yoga and pilates, read, watch streaming stuff, and love taking classes in an array of fields. I'm curious about most everything! |
