| I am actual Whole Food Plant Exclusive. The reason I eat this way is a very long and personal reason. Short answer is health concerns. |
| More About Me |
| I live in Waikiki with my 17 lb dog. We walk at least 2 hours a day. I also do strength training each day. I eat only whole foods. I do not eat sugar, oil, processed foods and very little salt. I love the water. I am very into soil regeneration and growing my own food. I like to explore new places and be outdoors. I however am not well traveled. Right now I am a Tax Accountant, but very much want to become a Sober Food Companion and help the those that have 100+ pounds to lose as I myself have lost 212 lbs pounds to date and still have a few to go.
