| Why I'm Vegan |
| I went vegan in 2008 as I was interested in health as part of my pre-med education track at the time. I enjoyed the contrarian discussions and “competitive bloodwork” with other med students. These days I also appreciate that I’m not causing as much unnecessary harm to the animals and that it’s better for the planet. |

| I’m a doctor (MD) but I haven’t practiced since completing med school. Instead I’ve worked largely in adjacent healthcare technical work where I can have better life balance and possibly make a larger difference for patients. I love video games inside but also nature outside. I’ve had dogs most of my life, but currently between dogs. I go to the gym once a week for weights. |
