I have been Vegetarian since 1971 . I eat some cheese in both Italian and Mexican only when I go out to these type restruants and if I eat pasta the egg whites that hold it together. At home I use soy cheeses and tofu to hold Pasta together. I love raw food restruants when possible and try to eat mostly Vegan.I started a soyfoods company in 1980 and sold it in 2003 , had a soymilk business suppling Trader Joe's stores that ended in 2017.
About me: I am easy going, romantic, trusting, meditate daily, studied with a Chinese Master 25 years or so. I like equality in a relationship over someone being dominant. I love to travel, scuba dive, hike in the mountains and doing photography. I feel the heart is very sensitive so I am not into playing games or here for the fun of it. I am seeking the right woman for entering into a wonderful loving relationship to last a life time. I am always respectful and would never ever take you for granted. I am seeking someone who cares for their body, is at least Vegetarian and even vegan or strictly into raw food. I keep throwing around the idea of starting a raw food restruant mixed with some vegetarian. perhaps we can do something like this together but it is not a certainty at this stage.
My favorite restruant is Aulac in Fountain Valley, LA area, with chef Ito. Lets go have a nice dinner there as a way of meeting or not..smile... Write me and lets see if the magic is there...

I aspire to seek truth, be honest, and to live the golden rule. I believe nature is to be revered and not conquered, that the current division of the planet between human and nonhuman habitats is badly out of balance, that people should be held responsible for themselves. Aside from being unconventional, I’m articulate, well mannered, affectionate, very tactile. I value simple living--I live in a walkable neighborhood, I bike 5 minutes to and from the gym in the morning, and I do errands on foot whenever possible. I enjoy vigorous daily exercise, hiking (day hikes & serious backpacks), bicycling (usually 30-50 miles), listening to music, reading, movies at home, home maintenance projects, gardening, my cats, travel.
