Life is so much richer sharing experiences with that special someone than being alone. I like to go cycling , traveling, work out, want to get back into some kind of hobby, the usual that most people like to do. I am turned off by people who don't care about what is going on in the world or who can't carry on an in depth conversation about political, ecological, or moral issues. At the same time it's nice to take a break from all the negativity in the world and the news. I am a mix of seriousness and light heartedness. I am a dreamer and tend to be idealistic but I don't get that confused with reality. I love to kid around, tease (harmlessly, of course). I consider myself to very sensitive to other peoples' feelings and desires. I tend to notice the quiet shy person over in the corner that most other people don't notice or ignore at the party. I have 2 rescued dogs and 3 cats , but they have more than enough room to live in, get air , sunshine and they are spoiled too !
i am an atheist, realistic , have strong opinions and prefer to address issues to get it out of my mind, i am as transparent as possible, I will do better with an ethical vegan, atheist, hippie, activist, I like tattoos but don't have any lol, I am not spiritual either so alI the stuff about,if you think negative you attract bad luck, bad karma etc, not my thing either !
I prefer to simplify, but life is not always simple, so some things are hard to simplify, I get it;
I would say, for my age, I am in pretty good shape which works for me! I am not into adrenaline causing activities or into a lot of traveling either, and with the pets I prefer to be near home or do road trips, air B /B type of going away etc. hippie music festivals outside, veggie fests, etc. to sum it up : I am a very content person, and would like to add a partner to my already pleasant life if there is a lot of trust and sparks.

I love to travel, too, (at least I did before the pandemic) and have been to Europe (many times), Costa Rica, Thailand, Japan, and Hawaii. I am not at all religious, but I have a longstanding interest in Buddhism as both philosophy and practice.

I don't mind spending some time in the kitchen… but it’s more fun cooking with a friend! I love trying out new recipes, but a few favorites include: hoisin-mustard tofu lettuce wraps, tofu bahn mi, sweet potato and black bean enchiladas, zucchini malai kofta, roasted Brussels sprouts, and I make a mean tofu scramble. My current obsession is Indian food. I don't love doing the dishes. :p
Recently I've discovered the joy of living minimalisticly. I've learned that letting go of things that no longer serve me leads to serenity.
I'm a small business owner and I LOVE my profession. It makes me INCREDIBLY HAPPY... but sometimes (mostly seasonally) I work insanely long hours, and I need someone who is understanding of this. I don't see myself relocating my business.
Life is good. :) I have small close group of lifelong friends that are my chosen family. Several of them are vegan who also love to cook, so our gatherings always include lots of vegan food. Together we often enjoy board games, card games, escape rooms, bocce, and campfires.
A few of years ago I met a small group of compassionate people through a mindfulness based meditation group. Together we started a small community giving-garden. It's a project that is close to my heart, and I donate time there at least once a week sometimes more. I love getting my hands in the dirt, learning about gardening, and donating the fruits of our labor to feed the hungry.
