I'm a digital nomad (for lack of a better term) with a transient, minimalist lifestyle. I'm not opposed to settling down somewhere for the right person if visa runs are viable; I did this in Taiwan for years.
I've been self-employed since the age of 20 and have lived abroad since 2016. Originally from the USA, though I have no intention to live there again. To stay active, I particularly enjoy cycling and exploring on foot, as well as occasional hiking. At home I'm content with films/series, reading, and gaming. When I'm in a new city, I always like to check out the museums/galleries, parks, and botanic garden (if there is one), usually with camera in hand. I used to sell photos for a living, and photography remains a leisure hobby.
I enjoy my independence, although I must admit, ever since I was young I daydreamed of traveling with a partner. That remains my desire, but it seems most people's conception of "travel" is what they see on social media.

Scary picture eh? Despite this appearance, I am not Rasputin and I have been known to smile (often). Someone pointed out that a picture is important and this is the only recent one that fitted the sites criteria. I do have a beard at the moment but it will probably come off in the winter.
I get up very early to meditate each day. I drink quite a lot of wine too so I'm full of contradictions like most people. I'm generally happy and easygoing, maybe a little lazy. I used to run a business and am prominently in the alternative health business, temporarily have a sales job as my business is gaining more traction, am a real estate investor, bitcoiner, extremely ambitious, knowledgeable, I understand health, the human body, and money. In my heart of hearts though all I want is love, sure changing the world is great, but love wins. Reading twilight currently, love memory techniques such as the memory palace, like reading, workout consistently (everyday), I love juices, Oh also I LOVE all animals :) and run a vegan etsy shop for fun.
I've had many mentors and love talking about them, I am constantly looking for new ones. My top mentors start with Jacque Fresco, Claude Diamond, John Rose, Bruce Lipton, and Markus Rothkranz, Robert Kiyoski, sadly Bruce is the only one I've met personally and talked to, and Jacque passed away in 2017 and I missed his 100th birthday, R.I.P the founder of The Venus Project and a starting thinker for a Resource Based Economy.
My priorities are in the following order:
1 Building a better future that human kind can actually survive in, and correcting the 5 mistakes mankind has made. (my purpose)

Real talk. I lost my partner of 9 years to a motorcycle accident last March. I’m not looking for or expecting the next great thing. If that happens down the road, cool. I do tend to stay home mostly, which I enjoy very much. Social outings are fine if the company is good. I am not materialistic, do not wear makeup or am much of a "consumer." That being said I do own a comfortable home with a little property.
Movies/shows/documentaries, walking/hiking and interesting conversations are a few things I enjoy doing. Most often I am found at home because my property has become a mini-sanctuary for several species of birds. Plus I share my home with several rescued cats, all of whom are fosters. I enjoy growing vegetables and fruit too. Very satisfying!
Good conversation is something I truly enjoy. Sadly, it is very difficult to find. I enjoy an exchange of ideas and sharing of philosophies, but people are too sensitive these days and are too easily offended to talk to if our positions differ, especially where I live as an atheist and vegan. I value rational thought and integrity very much.
Spending my time outside with my sanctuary residents and garden is fantastic. Plus it is so beautiful here and the weather is great. All of that being said, I have been taking in fewer rescues over the past few years in an effort to decrease the number in my sanctuary. I want my life to include more freedom and to save more money for my future. The plans for my future include travel to other sanctuaries and conferences. My efforts for animals will change to temporary fostering and transport to allow for this. I am also retired, but that could change if a great job came along or I really needed the money.
My serious side also involves maintaining my health. I earned my living as a pharmacist, but I am actually more of an anti-pharmacist. Prevention and acquiring good habits are the keys to a vital and long life. I worked in hospitals and know that western medicine plays an important role as well.
I take care to make environmentally-friendly choices when I shop and follow reduce/reuse/recycle as much as I can.
I was raised in Brooklyn, NY, lived in NJ and am now living in NM since 2004. The natural open spaces in NM are wonderful to me, but I also appreciate what cities have to offer at times.
Having a partner and a relationship where we really like and know each other, share our thoughts and ideas, care for one another and spend time being silly together would be wonderful!
